It was just an optimal selection for one night in Sivota (Epirus) with good value for money. Staff were helpful when we checked in, even managing to accommodate our request for an early breakfast. Bring good shoes for the stairs. they are steep and numerous.

Stunning views and fantastic staff support
My stay in the Deluxe Room with Balcony and Sea View was unforgettable! The breathtaking views made mornings magical, and having direct access to both a lovely pool and a nearby private beach was a real treat. The staff, especially Sofia, were always available with great local tips and made our experience feel personalized. the restaurant's menu could use some more variety, as the options were somewhat limited during our stay.

The stunning sea views from the balcony were a highlight, making every sunset magical. The pool area is well-kept and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced the experience. accessing the rooms involved a challenging narrow stairway, and the limited parking availability can be troublesome. The breakfast spread was impressive but could benefit from more varied options as the main restaurant was closed during my stay.

The private rocky shore offers a unique spot for a quiet swim, providing a sense of seclusion despite the size of the hotel. The accommodations feature a spacious terrace that feels cozy, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views.
The rooms could use some updating, as they feel quite small and the decor seems dated. The wifi barely functions when you're inside, making it difficult to stay connected. the restaurant's menu is quite limited, mainly resorting to basic options, so if you're craving variety, you'll need to venture into town.

great location , but challenging access
The location is unbeatable, and the view from the balcony truly enhances the experience, particularly during sunsets. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of freshly prepared options, showcasing both hot and cold dishes. The staff were always helpful and pleasant, providing assistance when needed.
The access to our room was tricky, particularly with the narrow stairs.
